Phillip is a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) who commenced his professional career in Dothan, Alabama. In 2021, he relocated to Nassau County, Florida to join the Breakthroughs of North Florida team.
Phillip provides professional counseling services in the following areas:

He holds a Master's Degree in Clinical Counseling and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology, both conferred by Troy University.
Prior to his current position, Phillip served for two years as a substance abuse counselor and group therapist within a correctional facility in Graceville, Florida. Additionally, he has experience as a transition counselor, facilitating the reintegration of offenders into society, with a particular focus on mental health support.
He currently resides and practices in Nassau County.
