Alex Beveridge
Alex has a passion for helping children reach their full potential. This passion began long before her career in education. Alex spent a lot of her childhood in her mother’s elementary-aged classroom. After high school, she worked as a private caregiver for a child with both physical disabilities and learning disabilities. It was during this time that she discovered a love for working one-on-one with children. Her passion for teaching children with various disabilities blossomed when she was a teacher with a homeschool co-op. In 2020 she and her family moved to Fernandina Beach to improve their quality of life. Alex is trained in all of our customized tutoring programs including our Lindamood-Bell, Orton-Gillingham, Pathways, and EIIIP programs and absolutely loves using them to help her students succeed in and out of the classroom. When not working you can find Alex playing on the beach with her two daughters.
