Sara Molony earned her Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Xavier University in May 2026. She is passionate about helping individuals and couples navigate life's challenges with compassion, understanding, and practical support.

Sara has a special interest in working with concerns related to intimacy, communication, relationship dynamics, anxiety, identity exploration, and life transitions. She strives to create a safe, welcoming environment where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered to pursue meaningful growth and lasting change.

Originally from Ohio, Sara recently relocated to Florida and enjoys spending her free time at the beach, reading, and exploring her new community. Her own journey of personal growth and resilience fuels her empathetic, client-centered approach, allowing her to connect with clients in an authentic and encouraging way.
