Dr. Holland Hayford, PhD, is a licensed clinical psychologist and certified school psychologist. She completed her doctoral degree in school psychology at the University of South Florida. She owns and manages her own private practice, Brighter Shores Psychology.

Dr. Hayford has extensive experience evaluating children, teenagers, and adults. She is neurodiverse herself, and she takes a neuro-affirming and trauma-informed approach to her thorough, comprehensive psychological evaluations. Dr. Hayford wishes to empower her clients and make them feel secure in who they are. Her reports contain recommendations across settings, as well as affirming and supportive resources. 

When she is not working, Dr. Hayford enjoys spending time with her husband, baby, and cats. She also writes creatively and enjoys reading anything fiction.
