Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern
Originally from Atlanta, Kelly moved to Nassau county in 2016 and has proudly served the local community ever since. She earned her Master's degree in clinical mental health counseling from Liberty University and is passionate about walking alongside individuals and families as they navigate life's challenges.
Kelly has experience working with children, teens, adults, and seniors. She utilizes evidence-based techniques drawn from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help clients identify unhelpful patterns, build practical coping skills, and create meaningful change.
Known for her gentle and warm demeanor, Kelly creates a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard and understood. At the same time, she thoughtfully challenges her clients to step outside of their comfort zones and collaboratively engage in their therapeutic process and healing.
Outside of the counseling office, Kelly enjoys spending time at the beach with her husband and children embracing the coastal lifestyle that Nassau county has to offer.
