Crystal Bowen

Crystal is a native of Dothan, Alabama, where her career as a licensed mental health counselor began. She relocated to Nassau County, Florida to join the Breakthroughs of North Florida team in 2021.

As a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) she provides professional counseling services to:

• Children (ages 7 and up)

• Adolescents

• Adults 

Her educational experiences include a Masters Degree from Troy University in Clinical Counseling and a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Troy University as well. 

Crystal worked as a juvenile court liaison for several counties in Alabama where she provided recommendations to the courts and counseling to the children and adolescents of those cities. Crystal also provided mental health counseling to individuals and groups in a correctional setting for almost three years while in Alabama.

She is excited to call Nassau County home, where she plans to serve for many years to come.
