Arlene Perales

Arlene is a Jacksonville resident since 1996. Arlene’s father served in the Army and her husband as well. Arlene resides with her 4 children and husband of 27 years. “We are a fishing Family” you will catch us on the boat ramp, in the river or on the beach.
Arlene’s love for working with children started in 2008 when she became a substitute teacher for Duval County Public Schools and later a school Administrative Assistant for 15 years at a local Charter School. Working closely with children has always been her passion.
Educational and Work Experience: Graduating with an Associates in Elementary Education, Bachelor’s in Human Services, and currently attending Walden University for her Masters in Social Work with a concentration in Children and Family.
Arlene is a Certified Instructor for Youth Mental Health First Aid and very excited to be with Breakthroughs of North Florida
