Phillip Parrish

Phillip is a native of Dothan, Alabama, where his career as a licensed mental health counselor began. He relocated to Nassau County, Florida to join the Breakthroughs of North Florida team in 2021.

As a licensed mental health (LMHC) he provides professional counseling services to:

  • Marriage/Couples

  • Adults

  • Adolescents

  • Children

His educational experiences include a Masters Degree from Troy University in Clinical Counseling and a Bachelors Degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology, also from Troy University.

Phillip provided substance abuse counseling, as well as group therapy, to participants within a correctional facility setting in Graceville, Florida for two years. He also has experience as a transition counselor for offenders transitioning back into society with a focus on mental health.

He is excited to call Nassau County home, where he plans to serve for many years to come.
